Liver mass, hepatocellular carcinoma, cirrhosis, jaundice


A 40 year old woman with decompensated cirrhosis, including marked jaundice, coagulopathy and hypoalbuminemia, and a large liver mass suspicious for hepatocellular carcinoma with atypical radiologic features is reviewed. The diagnosis and possible therapeutic modalities of hepatocellular carcinoma are discussed.
