We report a case of Ludwig's angina in an immunosuppressed adolescent presenting with sore throat and odynophagia. Ludwig's angina is a rare but potentially life-threatening infection of the submandibular space; we present an overview of the presentation, risk factors, microbiology, diagnosis, and management of this condition in addition to our case report. We present this case to highlight the importance of considering this condition, especially in an immunosuppressed paediatric patient.
